Revision – A version of your file that has been saved in the library. These are identified by the date and time the file was saved.
Plugin – A file that adds functionality to FileHamster. It has an extension of ".DLL" and is placed in the plugins directory located where FileHamster is installed. Some plugins available: ZIP, Diff, and floating notes window.
Bubble – A small window that pops up on the right side of your monitor when FileHamster backs up a file. This is used to notify the user that the program is working, but also gives the user a quick way to interact with FileHamster to do common actions such as commenting or protecting a file.
Protect – This protects a revision of a file so that it will never be removed by any of the auto-cleanup features present in FileHamster.
Library – This is the location for the storage of your backups. Typically, the Library is interacted with in the Main Window.
